Questions about Optane DC Persistent Memory model

Hi,

I noticed that model string of our persistent memory differ from USENIX paper's one.

Ours is NMA1XXD256GPS, and another one is NMA1XXD256GQS.

Roughly, I found "QS" model is for the datacenter. but details couldn't find.

I could't found any datasheet for the NMA1XXD256GQS.

Could I know what is the different between them? (QS and PS)

"P" = Production

"Q" = Qualification (Pre-Production)

You will only find public documentation for the production SKUs. The performance between the "P" and "Q" are the same.
