API to rm/create devdax pools

Hi,

I'm currently using the command line tool to delete/create pools on devdax.

# pmempool create --force obj /dev/dax0.0 

I'm wondering how to do this programmatically? (other than running this tool as an external process)

Just spotted pmempool_rm..... guess that's all I need.
