Hi Kaushlesh,
The errors (COMM_FAILURE) you are getting imply that some SQL queries take longer to execute than the timeout (specified within the bv1to1.conf file).
If the connection is taking longer than expected, you can try increasing the value of the following orbix parameters in bv1to1.conf, try doubling these:
e.g.
----->
# Override the default ORB parameters
BV_ORB_CONNECT_TIMEOUT="60" # Connection timeout (in seconds)
BV_ORB_CALL_TIMEOUT="240" # Call timeout (in seconds)
----->
Also, you should rebuild the Orbix repository file as follows, and see if it make any difference:
% stop your IMs
% bvconf shutdown
% cd $BV1TO1_VAR/orb
% rm -r *
% bvconf execute
% start your IMs
