PFA the soft copy which I have discussed with you yesterday.

As discussed, please expedite to find analysis report from CRIS/Network team to address the observation point “Higher Network Wait Time”.

The action/work has been progressed for the observation point “Advance Search” i.e. to redesign/re-write Procedure Code & Java code.

The other points “Database Scheduler Code” & Query optimization will be addressed subsequently.
