Dear Vishal Sharma

I have observed a query which is executed around an average of 80 times daily , which takes an execution time approx .35 second.  If we execute the same query without upper function, it takes only 17-20 ms. I want also to know that why you have used the upper function in this query for nit_id . As par my information  nit_id is a  number value column. So there is no need to convert this value into upper case. If my observation is found  correct ,then please update the existing query with attached query.
