Code Update and Deployment Instructions for PME Team

Dear All,

Please note that any code changes that are to be done have to be executed in
Development Server's code only. Testing will be done in Development Server by individuals
and then Staging deployments will be done for 2nd level testing. Latest Java Class files must
be taken from HCL VSS and rest everything (Struts-Config, Message-Resources, JSP etc) must
be taken from 100 / Development Server.

Production Deployment will require us to change the code in Production Version Files only and test
them on 81 before deployment. Let me know if there are any doubts in the process or anywhere else.
