PM1037: Etext of two mAlai works (tiruppaNimAlai & marakatavalli mAlai) now available

Dear Promads:

As part of our efforts to digitally archive various pirapantam (ciRRilakkiyam)
works, we are pleased to add two small "mAlai" works (tiruppaNi mAlai &
marakatavalli mAlai)
