Dear Promads:

Madurai Veeran is one of the key village deities found in the Ayyanar
and Amman Temples of South India. We are pleased to add an ammAnai
type pirapantam describing the history of Madurai veeran. We are pleased to
add this work, found in the palm leaf manuscript collections of Saraswathi
Mahal Library, Tanjore, Tamilnadu.
