Dear Promads:

C.V. Damodaram Pillai, like U.Ve. Saminatha Iyer, devoted his entire lifetime
and energies to editing and publishing some of the oldest works of classical
Tamil poetry and grammar. We are pleased to release his biography written
by a close friend and admirer Rajarathnam Pillai:
