 How should i use Plutus-gem for making different Ledger Account for Different Companies. I want to make an online Accounting system Using Plutus where different company can maintain there separate Accounting Record.

You'd have to modify Plutus a fair amount in order to accomplish that within one application. One solution would be to have separate Rails application for each company. You could then ensure that the accounting records never get confused, and everything would remain in separate databases.
