US govt, IRS, please stop the daily harrassement from ID.me + IRS they are now stopping my daily movement on the Internet

US gov daily harassing AP from ID.me + IRS, having lost 6 hours out of my life trying to set up an account to get my refund for 2025, and ID.me now continues to email me in a dark tone---

Now ID.me interjects a Download message everytime I open up my iphone saying this:

Do you want to download "setuid" stopping me from moving forward.

I have always known the govt of being polite people. But with ID.me +IRS , I was harassed incessantly for 6 hours in a failed attempt to open an account. On top of that, Walmart emailed me saying I had ordered $39 of Trail Mix, from a place in Ohio, which I can only reason that ID.me is responsible for that scam. 

Now, almost every day ID.me emails me with spam like that above.

Worse yet, they interrupt my movement on the Internet with this "do you want to download" stopping me from moving forward.

I know of no Govt office that address American citizens with "Hey there". Is ID.me actually ICE or maybe FBI with ungrown up punks-- harassing private US citizens????????

Please IRS--- stop the ID.me harrassement and see if they are scamming hooligans.

Thanks, IRS, for sending me my 2025 refund check in the amount of $404.70

I do not know if it was standard procedure of your office to try to direct deposit to bank first, and only after that does not work to mail the refund????

Or, whether my recent mailing in of 1040 X Amended form requesting that the 404 dollars be put onto the 2026 Estimated taxes, was the cause of this check being mailed. 

I post this in case I lose memory of what happened, since I am 76 years old. And in case 2027 rolls around and the IRS thinking I had $404 in estimated 2026 taxes, when I was paid the $404 outright.

This is my memory ticket so to speak.
