Preface: This book is difficult to read because it started as my research notebook into the Mind being out of body messages sent from Control Center of Atom Totality. All because quantum mechanics physics is based on Superdeterminism as quantum entanglement. So starting 2007 I started to list all the experiments to prove the Mind was out of body, and thus the science of psychology was out of body. Difficult to read because this research is ongoing and I often as a practice in research stop and start with ideas and pick them up later again.
Psychologists no longer need to find out how the brain and mind works, for this theory explains it. Old Psychology was that of chemicals sloshing around in a brain. New Psychology is that of photons and neutrinos in physics shot from the Control Center of the Atom Totality instructing and guiding every thought of living creatures.
This is undoubtedly one of my prettiest theories and one of my prettiest books. The reason I say pretty is because it comes totally out of the blue and 180 degrees opposite of where all the scientists figuring out how the mind works. All the scientists working on "the mind" think that the mind comes from chemistry sloshing around in the brain, inside the head. I say 180 degrees opposite, that the mind comes from "out of the body". The Brain Locus theory says every thought, and every action comes from the Control Center of the Atom Totality via photons or neutrinos shot into every brain and ordering up that
"thought". In the Brain Locus theory the mind is like a radio receiver that picks up radio messages. The chemistry of the brain and head then respond to the thought of the mind.
All thoughts and thus all actions were ordered up by the Protons and Neutrons which makes up the Plutonium Atom Totality Control Center which then assembles that "thought" into a photon or neutrino which is shot into the brain of the recipient and thus committed to fulfill that "thought".
A big surprise in this research occurred in 2021, where I posited that the 1st brain of the body is likely to be the Liver, not the brain itself and the brain a secondary organ to the liver. So the reader can see this is active research and difficult to read.

1) My history of this subject.
My history of this book starts around 1991 just after my discovery of the 231Plutonium Atom Totality theory. In that discovery, would cause me to see that Superdeterminism is a force of Nature. Superdeterminism means that every action, every thought undertaken in the Universe was predetermined by the Atom Totality Control Center. There is no free-will, and everything is like puppets on strings.
Now why is Superdeterminism true? And it always helps to review. For I wrote a separate book on just the subject of Superdeterminism. The story of superdeterminism starts with Einstein, Podolsky,Rosen called EPR in 1935 versus Bohr on a thought-experiment. The EPR was about two particles that were entangled at the start and they they fly off in their own separate way, going at the speed of light. If EPR was correct, would mean that a change in one particle could not affect the other particle that was now a far distance apart from the first particle. Bohr argued that quantum mechanics would have the two particles always entangled if entangled from the start. But there was no-way of seeing who was correct or wrong until John Bell in the 1980s with his Bell Inequality gave a experimental measure to the debate. The experimenter Alain Aspect conducted tests of the Bell Inequality and found that Bohr was correct. When it was found that Bohr was correct, then John Bell came up with one of his greatest ideas of physics-- superdeterminism to resolve the issue. That in order for Entanglement to work means that the world has no free will.
But there is another twist to the story, in that AP discovered while writing his TEACHING TRUE PHYSICS textbook series, that light waves are not arrow waves with head and tail, but rather, that light-waves are closed loop circuits, just as all electricity flow must flow in a closed loop circuit. That light-waves themselves are like a closed loop circuit of copper wire, only the circuit is shaped like a thin ellipse. Our extension cords are all thin ellipse circuits. And light-waves as closed loop circuits explains why there is constant entanglement, no matter how far out in distance the light wave has traveled.
So my personal history of Mind is out of body of shot in photons and neutrinos from the Control Center of the Atom Totality, starts 1991, and as the years went by, trying ever more to piece together the details.
About the year 2007 I started to organize this research in a book form from posts to the Usenet science newsgroups. And this book is a assembly of those research notes.

2) The Brain Locus theory in a world of Superdeterminism.
The Brain Locus theory is very new to science and is the end result implication of what the Bell Inequality with the Aspect Experimental Results gave. They gave us Superdeterminism and the only way you can have a world with superdeterminism is to have every thought and idea and action ordered up.

Subject: The mind is one atom in the brain; new book: "How the Mind Works; Brain-Locus theory"
One of the details of the Brain Locus theory is where the "mind" actually rests in the brain? What is the physical composition of the "mind" and where is it located? Psychologists and scientists have always thought the entire brain is the "mind". But in the Brain Locus theory the mind is merely a radio receiver, a crystal such as in a radio crystal, and being such requires only one atom to be the entire mind itself. That a "thought" or "picture" or "image" that occurs in the brain requires only one single atom. Where a photon or neutrino enters that atom and projects that "thought" or "picture" or "image".
When I was young in Junior High School I built myself a radio from a crystal set. The important point is that it essentially is a crystal that picks up the radio waves. So a mind needs only a crystal, like a radio. So a single atom in the brain serves as that crystal.
And the messages come from the Control Center of the Atom Totality of its 94 Protons and 137 Neutrons. These entities in the Control Center busily construct messages and put them into photons or neutrinos and then shoot them into living creatures brains to have the thought they have.
Have you ever seen the movies Clash of the Titans, or, Jason and the Argonauts where the deities such as Zeus, Hera, Apollo are in the Heaven and ordering up what is to happen to earthly creatures. Well, that is not quite yet superdeterminism for the actual thoughts and actions and feelings of creatures are ordered up and fated to happen.
So what is the physical apparatus that is the "mind"? Well it needs to be only one atom, just like a radio is based on a single crystal. And where is it located? It is located in the brain where there are the most connections.
A theory of the mind that is true and correct would have to explain why animals need to sleep. In the Brain Locus theory this is easily answered. We need to sleep in order to
adjust that Brain Locus Atom. We need to move a dial very often to get the focus of a radio broadcaster for the crystal in the radio needs fine-tuning.
Now let me relate to you something that happened in my life which parallels the Brain Locus theory. Where a person can go through life and all of a sudden, feel as though they are a different person. That they were person A for 40 years and all of a sudden are a different person B, with different outlooks, different and new goals and different attitudes and behavior. As if one stepped out of his body and a new person entered that body. I myself had such an experience. As if I were born twice in my life. I was born 5 July 1950, but I was born 7 November 1990 as a new person. That is because my Brain Locus Atom switched. From 1950 to 1990 my brain locus atom were low atomic numbered atoms, but by 1990 my brain locus atom had become a very heavy element, perhaps plutonium atom. Perhaps a plutonium atom is the crystal of my radio brain now.
People and animals need sleep in order to set that Brain Locus Atom properly for another day of activity.
Now because a mind needs only one atom to serve as a mind, that plants also have minds and have thoughts. Plants would not have feelings only because they do not have nerves.

Subject: Title and explanation of dreams, amnesia ; new book: "How the Mind Works; Brain as a Radio theory"
When I started this theory circa 1993 I was in the disposition of making up new words and new names in science. Such as "brain locus" or "motaatom" for a theory in chemistry which is atom spelled backwards and atom. But making up new words has a time and place of appropriateness. The naming of a theory of science should describe the theory in the fewest words. "Brain Locus" does not inform a newcomer of much of anything. But a title of "Brain as a Radio" describes this theory very well. So I think I am going to change the name of this theory for the analogy of a radio-receiver for the brain and how the mind works is the best analogy available. But I am still going to use the term "brain-locus" for it describes an atom that functions as the mind.
In my last post I described how this theory explains sleep and the requirement of sleep in that the crystal of a radio needs fine tuning and so does the brain locus of the Brain as Radio theory.
Now in the process of fine tuning a radio broadcast we often hear snippets of information
and static and other noise. Likewise in the Brain as Radio theory in the process of sleeping the atom which is the brain locus is being tuned for another day of thinking and while it is being tuned we have dreams and rapid-eye-motion sleep, all analogous to a radio being tuned.
This one atom that is the radio crystal or brain locus as it is being tuned during sleep
intersects several of the thoughts or scenes of our past life and projects them with some changes.
Think of the brain locus atom as a huge library where all the thoughts are not only projected as they come in but also storaged. And as we sleep we fine tune this atom and in the process of fine-tuning, some old scenes are opened and replayed. Such as a library that is doing daily cleaning and happens to drop a book from a shelf that lands open to several pages which reveal themselves in the cleaning. Such is a dream during sleep.
The explanation of amnesia is quite simple to this theory, in that an injury to the brain will so dislodge the atom that acts as the brain locus or crystal of a radio that it has lost the library of past thoughts and events and a new different atom has resided in the former brain locus position.

Subject: Passive photon thinking and concentrated photon thinking ; new book: "How the Mind Works; Brain as a Radio theory".
Now we can all run experiments on ourselves to check how our mind is doing. We notice that there are at least two types of thinking. There is the passive thinking and active thinking. The passive thinking is just looking around and where the photons of the environment gives us a picture of our surroundings. We see but not really think. And as we rest in bed with eyes closed we are in this passive setting where we do not even have pictures of our surrounding but dark blackness. This passive mode can occur when we read where we are not thinking but reading words and thus not absorbing content.
So there is a difference between passive thinking and active thinking. It is like the radio or TV in which sometimes we pay attention and other times we ignore it.
But all of these thoughts or thinking, no matter how passive or active are controlled by the Control Center of the Atom Totality. Thinking is no different in physics than running a test particle in a magnetic field which then experiences forces, or, running balls down inclined planes and the forces causing the ball to end at its final resting spot. In Brain as a Radio theory, many thoughts are of this passive nature. We see but do not understand. Yet all the thoughts come from the Control Center of the Atom Totality.
It is rather funny how many people are trying to build "artificial intelligence" when they never really understand what "intelligence" was in the first place; where they never even
had a understanding of how the Mind works. You cannot build artificial intelligence when
you never understood what it is that comprises intelligence. So if the Mind is merely a fancy radio box linked to the Control Center of the Atom Totality as the radio station, then we already have artificial intelligence in the world at present in the form of our TV. But there is a big difference in that the Control Center controls all life, whereas the TV can only merely influence its viewers.
