Of all the belts in the world, including suspenders, the 2 Ring friction belt is the best with respect to comfort and time.

I was wondering if there is any improvements to be made to the 2 Ring belt. So I am experimenting and finding that 3 Rings is better than 2 Rings in holding the belt in place when working.

My first encounter with Ring belts was when in the US Navy, part of the uniform was a ringed belt.

A marvellous accidental discovery, for I picked out my old Navy belt of 2 D rings. Through the decades I had grown a small tubby belly and the belt just narrowly fit me.

So, well, I found wearing that belt yesterday, that simply putting it on, requires no 3 rings to keep it taut.
