Plumed Steered MD simulation

Hi Users,

For SMD, when we give a standard input (as given in out of the equilibrium tutorial) for biased simulation using PLUMED, what are we actually doing? From the Hamiltonian, it looks like  we are doing constant velocity pulling. Is it right? or am I misunderstanding something? Please help.
