Rewighing with other CVs in metadyanmics

Good day all, i am a new user of plumed. I have a question about the pace of the hills file. The frequency of my .xtc file is about 50000 compared to 500 for the pace of my hills file and this will affect my result when reweighing with other CVs. how would i solve this problem.
