New release: plumed 2.9.3

Dear all,

please notice that we just released plumed 2.9.3. The changes to plumed code are mostly in documentation, which is irrelevant for users. But importantly this release fixes the patch for gromacs 2024. Hence, if you are using plumed with gromacs 2024, please update plumed and patch gromacs again.

Notice that the problem was solved on our GitHub repository in September. So, if you were already using plumed from GitHub repository, there's nothing to do.
