Plume CMS 1.2.3 translation

2 users of plume CMS made the kind proposition to translate Plume CMS
1.2.3 (in Hebrew and Turkish). To make it easy to send all the files
that have to be translated I made a package containing the folder
structure of plume CMS containing this files. Here the explanation I
sent to this 2 kind translators :

* In the "locale" folder, the 2 main files (for the installation
instructions and the Manager of Plume)
* In the "template" folder, the locale for the default site theme of
Plume
* In the "tools" folder, the locale of the native tools of plume CMS
* In the "help" folder, the help files (you have to replace the
english strings by your language)
For the 3 first item listed, you have to replace the french
translation under the english strings. An example :

We have a test site, so if you want to see your translation in action
and you don't have a local installation of plume, you can send me your
work (even if it is not complete) so that I can upload it on the test
site (to contact me : joja.ba at laposte.net). There, you will see the

I uploaded this package here ( its called "plumeCMS-1.2.3-translation-
XX.zip" and you can find it here : http://groups.google.com/group/plume-cms-developers/files?hl=fr)
so that everybody that wants to translate Plume has the possibility to
download it. When translation is finished you just have to rename the
"xx" folders by the iso-code of your country (that you can find in the
first column of the following page : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes).
