Pluf's migration changes merged into master / New IDF release soon

Hi all!

Pluf's develop branch that includes the changes to the database
relations and migration code has been merged into master [0].

This means that the next IDF release (1.3.3) that was put on hold until
this happened and which includes some important bug fixes is now the
next on my release schedule. Please have a look at the preliminary NEWS
file [1] and test if the current develop branch works for you with the
recent Pluf master.
I'm especially interested in hearing results from new and migrated IDF
setups under Postgres, MySQL and SQLite. Please point me to any problems
you encounter there!
