Sairam Velu sir & Ganesh,

TTD priests will perform Srinivasa Kalyanam under Sanatana Dharma banner on Jul 12th 2015 @ Dr Pepper Arena Frisco TX. Please pass on the information to all of Balavikas community, Family and friends, STF, etc. Everybody is welcome to the event. Please see the attached flier for details. Also, we are looking for volunteer assistance from anyone who is interested on this event. Please let me know if anyone is interested.

Volunteers:

 

We need volunteers for this event and without dedicated volunteers this event is NOT going to be successful.

1.     Volunteers required on Saturday July 11^th for setup at Dr Pepper Arena.

2.     Volunteers required on the day of the event:

a.     From very early in the morning.

b.     At Reception.

c.      Seating arrangements

d.     Food loading and arranging.

e.     Darshanam queues management.

f.      After event cleanup.
