Hello Guys,
I am happy to announce that i passed CIPP/US this morning.
Thank you all for your great contributions to this study group, it was quite helpful.
I basically studied the new US-Private-Sector-Privacy book, CIPPUS_Sample questions and the Jasper Jacob practice questions. I also watched Mike Chapple's CIPP/US course on LinkedIn.
I studied Jess Miers, Manah and Charlie Vuong outlines. I didn't have to reinvent the wheel. Thank you guys for your great effort.
A big thank you to Jess, whose blog directed me here and Kim for granting me access to the materials.
Since Vuong's outline is a word document, i was able to update the outline with what i think was missing based on the new book (esp. the recent developments with i. Tennessee SB 2005
ii. Illinois HB 1260
iii. California AB 2828
iv. New Mexico HB 15
v. Massachusetts HB 4806). I don't know how versioning is managed here, but i can make my version available to the Author or whomever needs it.
I also made some notes on few corrections i think Manah should consider. His has the most coverage by the way.
As there are a handful of outlines available already, i decided contribute to the question banks instead.
While studying, I designed about 80 questions that i believe will test the BoK. I am happy to send it to whomever wishes to review them.
Thank you all.
Abiola
