Hello all,

I’m attaching the City’s Subdivision review standards in  three parts – Preliminary Plats, Final Plats, and Digital Submission standards.  The first two are the guidelines that Wally and I use to review plats. In the time that we have to present, we’ll cover those areas where we regularly make redline comments. This will be an informal presentation that will not cover the full depth of our review, and my hope is that it will be a two way conversation rather than a sermon!
