Some of you asked where you can find the unstandardized latent variable scores in SmartPLS 3. You get these results when you run the importance-performance map analysis (IPMA). Just run SmartPLS 3 and click on the “Calculate” button and select the option “Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA)”.
