This will make you access and use of PLS-GUI a whole lot easier if you have R installed...
It is the file “plsgui_1.0.tar.gz” at the dropbox location

Download that tar.gz file, put it in the default directory in your R session and in R type:
install.packages("plsgui_1.0.tar.gz", repos=NULL, type="source")
then
library(“plsgui”)
However, since it is based in the visual GTK+ language, you will first need to install
Glade_libraries_3_4_3_win32_1.zip
Which is downloadable at that same dropbox URL above
Once installed and loaded into your R session, then type
runPLS()
and the PLS-GUI should pop open
