Howdy folks,

We have a spiffy URL now for PL/Parrot:

http://pl.parrot.org

I really could use some help getting a site together. I really like
the look and feel of http://pgtap.org. David Wheeler tells me that he
writes it in Markdown and generates the HTML periodically. We also
need a web-friendly logo and some beginner docs.

I think we should have a github branch dedicated to the website, so
then I can just have pl.parrot.org pull in the latest changes from
that branch and regenerate every few mins. Yes, i know about Github
pages, but I think you need a pay account for custom domain names.
