Some updates

Howdy,

I just pushed some changes which make using Perl 6 grammars in
PL/Perl6 much nicer. You can now define a Perl 6 grammar *once*, and
then use it from all your other stored procedures! I think there will
be a lot of use-cases for this feature.

Also, perl6 is automagically detected these days, no need to specify
where perl6.pbc lives in an environment variable.
