Hello,

Most probably already know that Steve Kelly was picked up on a
probation violation (going where the Fed's tell him to go isn't
exactly his strongest motivation) following an action at Lockheed
Martin this past Good Friday; see:

He is presently a part of the BOP transport system and will eventually
end up here in the Northwest at the SeaTac Federal Detention Center
where he will return to court for not showing up at the probation
office after his June 2012 release.

Felice Cohen-Joppa sends the latest information:

Hi, Joe,

He is definitely on the long, scenic route to Seattle. He's not in
the BOP listing yet - maybe they don't acknowledge they have him till
he's at the federal joint?

He spent some time in jail in Oakland after Santa Clara and was able
to have visits from Louie, Susan, Peggy, Ed, Mary Jane, etc.!
Yesterday he got to the CCA in Pahrump, Nevada. Haven't heard from
him yet but I did call the CCA this morning to see what I could find
out. I hope he's not there for long because the last time Steve and
Louie were in a CCA here in AZ it took forever to get the vegetarian
meals approved.

Guess we get to keep checking the BOP website! Stephen Kelly works
without a number.
