I am receiving many encouraging support letters from you.
Two things stand out:
1. People at the prison are reporting they are having problems with
the heating system, right! Fact is, they are not answering the
question – Why isn’t Bix or the other inmates getting extra blankets
or warmer clothing?
2. Our friend Nancy had a response, I feel, speaks to the foundation
of the problem:
Horrible conversation with the guard at Seatac- who insisted Bix is
fine, and they don't give out extra blankets.
