Java Build Path errors (in Eclipse Mars.2 4.5.2)

When I open the project with Eclipse I get a few build path errors.

gson-2.2.2.jar - /plovr/lib (missing)
json.jar - /plovr/closure/closure-compiler/lib (missing)
junit-4.8.2 - /plovr/lib (missing)
rhino.jar - /plovr/closure/closure-compiler/build/lib (missing)

What are these? Why are they missing?

Some of the jars seem to be available within the sub-projects, but the versions don't match.
