Ben, that's great. If I'm not mistaken, right now it seems set up for only one JS target. How do I configure it if I have multiple JS targets I want to compile?

Hi Paul,

That's right. Typically I've compiled all my JS into a single compiled file, so I never got around to implementing splitting up the output to multiple files. That would have to be implemented (though in my experience the compiled file isn't too large and so sticking everything into a single file works alright). There's an open issue for outputting to multiple files. If you wanted to take a stab at a pull request I could take a look.
