Plover and Phoenix Theory dictionary

I am coming back to stenography after many years away.  I have a Stenograph Fusion I purchased on ebay and all the necessary cords for realtime capability.  I am having a difficult time finding the Phoenix Theory dictionary to load onto Plover.  Can anyone help?
