Python dictionary - Emily modifiers

Trying to install Emily Modifiers python dictionary on Windows 10 using the Plover plugin plover-python-dictionary - error message 'Qt GUI error: Type error - can only concatenate list (not "list_reverseiterator") to list'. I raised this as an issue at Github in May but there has been no comment.

What version of Plover are you using? I have the Python dict loaded right now in 4.0.0rc2 with no issues. Not that you're necessarily doing anything wrong, just as a point of reference.

Plover 4 Dev 12. But as there is nobody in the UK making steno keyboards I am not pursuing steno now. In my experience keyboards imported from the USA go wrong.
