StenoTray is not providing suggestions

Hey all,
Thanks in advance for your time. It's really cool that there's a group like this for support.
I've been toying around with getting StenoTray to work today (8/23/21), but am having a very curious problem. I ended up putting the building out the config settings in the plover folder under program files, putting the StenoTray files in documents (since it didn't seem to specify a location), and updated to SmackleFunky's version when I didn't get a response from the first build (I didn't seem to need the run.bat file to get it launched either time, though). I'm running 4.0.0.dev10, which I updated to as part of my troubleshooting.
The second instance seems to have some promise, because the window header (sorry if that's not the right term) displays the chord and its transcription, but the suggestions are not populating. A screenshot is included below. Any advice is much appreciated.
