Any tips how to stroke PBT consistently, or other contortions?

I just use my middle finger and press it between both keys.

So you get PBT each time? I get variously PT, PBT or BT on an Ecosteno.

Well, I'm using my old ProCAT Flash with Plover so that might make a difference, but yes, I do get "-PBT" every time. I can't say I've ever seen an "Ecosteno" before, though.
