I need Sugestions about CAT softwares and court reporter machines

Hi guys, I'm a Brazilian Broadcast Captioner currently working in Brazil, as we don't have much national Software and Machines options want to know some.

I use the Case Catalyst BCS CAT Software and a Diamond Machine by Stenograph.

Software: Plover, CaseCAT (Stenograph), Eclipse (Advantage), StenoCAT (Gigatron), Apeiron (Infinity), ProCAT (ProCAT), DigitalCAT (Stenovations), Note-Tran.

For broadcast captioning, CaseCAT and Eclipse both do the encoding necessary. ProCAT has a captioning software but I've heard of a lot of issues. I don't know if StenoCAT or DigitalCAT have the ability to do encoding.

Writers: Lightspeed (Stenovations), Luminex (Stenograph), Passport (Advantage), Infinity Traditional and Ergonomic writers (Infinitytraditional.com), Xpression/Impression/Blaze/Flash writers (ProCAT).

There are some DIY steno machines that work with Plover but I don't know all of them. Stenoboard, Ergodox.
