Regarding A Project(Spectrometer)

I am a final-year student working on a project to detect preservatives in fruits and vegetables using a DIY paper spectrometer. The aim is to analyze the spectral data and visualize the results effectively.

I would like to inquire if it’s feasible to analyze spectra data obtained from a DIY paper spectrometer, and if so, what tools or techniques would be best suited for processing and visualizing this type of data.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
