I have been looking at Twillio for VOIP phone service so I am just a
little bit up on their offers. They have a LOT of flexibility,
apparently, in there interfaces. Perhaps an application for data
logging may be an appropriate grant request? I don't have any specific
methods in mind at the moment but it may be worth exploring.

Great timing. Thank you. We are still woefully underprepared here in South Florida. People still have tarps from Irma and we are bracing for another impact.
