Public Lab contributor A_SCH just asked a question entitled 'Where is non-compliance reported for fencline monitoring?':
Help them by posting an answer here: https://publiclab.org/questions/A_SCH/06-23-2020/where-is-non-compliance-reported-for-fencline-monitoring
The Webfire database is currently used for refineries to report data they received from fenceline air monitors. Is this the same place non-compliance in collecting/reporting data is stored? If not, how can the public find out about non-compliance?
