Patches for PlotKit in public repository

[Per Cederberg]

While using PlotKit, I've run across a few issues and missing
functions. So I decided to round up all my patches and put them into a
public repository:

http://github.com/cederberg/plotkit-patches/tree/master

I'm hoping this work can go into future versions of PlotKit, but have
not been successful in contacting Alastair so far.
