Issues copied to plotinum-discuss, and spam filtering

Hi Plotters,

Two things:

1) I changed the issue tracker to mail issue updates to plotinum-discuss. Updates are rare; it won't create much noise. But I want issues to be announced more broadly than just to my inbox.

2) There are >500 pending messages to plotinum-discuss right now. They mostly look like spam and I am ill motivated to go through them all. (I don't know how messages become marked as pending. Are all incoming messages from new posters marked, or just spammy-looking ones?) If you aren't a spammer and are having trouble posting because your message sits in the pending queue forever, please email me so that I can fix it.
