Android 4.4.4 > Failed to obtain your current location

Hi,

I have a problem on Android 4.4.4 with Plot 1.11.0 . The user has the following message in his log : 

Failed to obtain your current location. To make sure that it is possible to receive a location enable WIFI, enable location services and ensure an internet connection is available.

Next location will be requested in 600 seconds.

After 30 minutes, I have the same message.

• The user is connected to Internet through Wi-Fi
  
• The user has enabled location
  
• Google Maps locates correctly the user
  
• My app locates correctly the user, in an another part of the app using Google Play Services (last known location)

Hi Alexandre,

It is hard for us to determine for us why your phone isn't able to determine its location. Sometimes the issue is instantly resolved by rebooting your phone, so the location services are restarted. Could you try that?
