Is it possible to omit the VIBRATE permission on Android

I could find any info on it so far, but I was wondering if it is possible for th eplot plugin to work if I omit the VIBRATE uses-permission on Android?

Hi Rik,

Omitting the VIBRATE permission is no problem. When omitting that permission the device won't vibrate when receiving a notification.
