You all should know that the Statute of Limitations in the UK is 6 years from the purchase date unless fraud is involved. This shifts the Limitation from the purchase date to the date you all realised they were misrepresentationl frauds. I took a credit card to court as I paid my deposit (£500) with it. Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 your able to do this....sue the credit card. Gathering every single person who has been dumped will be a nightmare...it is bad enough finding fellow purchasers for one company. Also you should be aware that some company directors had verbal contracts with farmers to use the plots for growing crops!

Yes we received the letter as well for our land in Titchfield.
 
The original managing agent was from Singapore. They changed it to Malaysia.
