I bought one of these plots in Saffron Walden and i just asked council about planning permission and they said its unlikely it will be granted...

And they keep sending me letters about paying maintenance charges.

I would be willing to get together with other owners of this plot of land and consider our options.

Ish, been trying to contact you but not sure why you have not responded to my many emails.  Perhaps you changed email address ?  I was happy to see you took the initiative to try and push for legal action and wanted to play my part but you never replied back following the initial contact.
