My name is Bakul and I have done some research into the plots sold by Glenridge Estate (Lee) Ltd owned by Baron Deschquer, land at Lee/Gt. Missenden, Buckinghamshire where I have one myself. I am serious about starting a group to enable us to make a collective court case so the cost can be divided and therefore affordable. Anyone interested please send their email and plot number to me at bj1...@outlook.com. I am afraid I don't understand the workings of this site so would rather send information by email. I have already discussed this with a solicitor with some knowledge of this case.

He is closing all his companies, they are currently going through the process at Companies house, all except Terracorp, that he is using to try and claim the covenant charges.He knows he is finished and as suggested before to anyone that is being sued for the charges , use this terminilogy;

With regard to invoice number *** dated ****2018 please note that contract containing the covenant is invalid for the following reasons.

1.       

2.       It is in breach of the consumer Credit Act.

3.       It has been found to be part of a Collective Investment Scheme (Dhaliwal & Ors v Bluebell Land Limited & Ors [2011] EWHC 2292 (Ch)) in contravention of s 19 FSMA in a nationwide land banking scheme.


You have previously said that any issues with the contract are between us and Bluebell land (which we note is in “Active proposal to strike off”) however we say that Terracorp should have done their due diligence to make sure the covenants for rights they were taking over were legal.

An easy solution to the complicated legal mess created by transferring illegal rights between companies is for us to relinquish the rights to use the roads and paths referred to in the contract in return for no longer paying the covenant charge.

So as the roads and paths have never existed and will never exist and even if they do we will never to use them, we hereby relinquish all rights referred to in our contract (although illegal) and in return look forward to confirmation from Terracorp that covenant is terminated.

Hi guys,

Following our successful experience in court last week against Mr Baron Deschauer, whereby the CCJ Default judgement was set aside. 

A hearing has been set for next week, although the Claimant has been advised to settle out of court with me.

I would suggest that we initially form a coalition of witnesses to support each other during every trial. 

Witness account is very powerful under the British law.

We are therefore looking for twenty witnesses to line up in court against this man. Your participation in one case will give you the necessary experience for your own defence. 

We are well prepared for a good trial.

If you are willing to testify, kindly contact me ASAP, pls.

One complete successful case will also have a positive precedence in all similar cases.

Hi Emmanuel,

I have a plot at Bourne End near Marlow, south Bucks. And have bailiffs recommending court action. So will need guidance for defence.

You said in one of your posts that you had a Property Lawyer who is willing to take on other cases.

I agree that we should get all people together from different sites and address and defend collectively.

I think this needs government intervention as Barron has 11 other companies currently active and minimum he is making £2 million per site plus. This a lot bigger than we can manage on our own.
