Hi fellow plot owners

I bought one S.H. plot in 2006. I wrote a while back with info I'd found out about the directors of H&G and suggested that plot owners meet up at a solicitors in Essex or London and start a legal process but I didn't hear back from anyone(see emails 25.08.2013 and 6.04.14).  About 2 months ago I also asked for advice about getting money back but the solicitor said unlikely because H&G directors live abroad and the process would be too expensive and complicated. 

If anyone else has had more joy in their research please let me know.

It is now February 2019. I still have 2 plots at Sible Hedingham. Any developments regarding this land? Has anyone sold their plot please and if so where did they find the buyer? Many thanks C

It would be great to see if there is still a chance/ way, at best, that the land could be rezoned and developed or, at worst, just recover all/ part what was put in.
