Good day ALL,

Since May 2025 I have been following this group with regards to land sales in the UK. I ( together with my team) personally visited 8 different locations in the UK for two separate companies which over the last 15 years sold plots of land in the UK to individual buyers. The surprises that greeted us eg. some land were "land locked: ie. access to these plots only with permission of surrounding land owners, no direct access. 

Jardin Smith International (JS) was one of the companies. We visited different locations namely, Mawsley, Eaton Bray, Romford East and West. We understand that there are many more areas where land was sold ie.Durham, Water Orton, Titchfield, Kingswood Surrey, Gerard Cross etc. Over the last 6 to 8 months we have been working on our strategy on how to hold JS accountable for their actions. Now we are ready to start our action.

We plan to start a class action suit in court of law, both in Malaysia and Singapore on behalf of the investors who become our clients. With a class action suit, legal fees payable by investors will be a minimum as opposed to individual investors seeking similar action. We already have few investors who want us to act on their behalf. Should any of the many investors in this group be interested, please contact me directly.

A follow up to my earlier email on the above matter.

I had many investors who have contacted me directly wishing to join any civil class action against Jardin in respect of their investment. Next week my firm plans to conduct our 4th group zoom on this matter. 

Should there be any more interested investors, pse contact me directly so that you can be included in the zoom call.
