My Father purchases 2 plots from these people back in 2002, and he has made some covenant charges despite me objecting they used threatening solicitors letters.

I am trying to get money back for my father whose health is now suffering. Is anyone in a similar position?

does anyone know the best place to start?

Please contact Land Banking Victims Association @ in...@landbankvictims.com. They are a pressure group for people in your father's situation and have a case against the company making covenant charges demands.
