Non Possession of alternate plots in Sector-57

[Plot Owners Sector 57]

Dear Members,
It has been a very long wait for some of the plot owners of Sector-57, Gurgaon to get possession of their plot or alternate plot. Sector-57 has not been one of the blessed sectors of HUDA. Sector has not been able to get out of the clutches of Litigation, encroachments and other problems.
There are many plot owners who were not given possession of the plot since allotment on the pretext of litigations and encroachments, these owners were allotted in alternate plots in lieu of their disputed plots in the draw held by HUDA in the month of February 2014.
HUDA has even failed to handover the possession of new allotted alternate plot since the allotment of new plot in February 2014 .The HUDA draw worsened the situation rather than bringing the respite.
Now one of my friend has decided to go to court against this pathetic attitude of HUDA as HUDA has failed to provide plot since the initial allotment. It is known that HUDA does not suo-moto and has to been reprimand by court to make HUDA act.
If there are any members who have similar grievance can join the petition and avail the relief.

I  approached the Forum,but no one responded.

I already filed the case and HC directed HUDA to allocate plot in 3 months

meanwhile HUDa had advertised all plot holders of Sector 57 to apply to HUDA to allocate Plot,which was to be done in December/january(Indian express)
