Lot of development happened in Sec 57 in last two years, I know as I have been keen to buy a plot in this sector due to low cost since and now I have bought one!
There are few pockets of plot that have really picked up in price and construction too. I was wondering what you all make of following:
1. Price of Plots, have seen plots in range of 40K(near village) to 80K (park facing) and bought one @ 56K (a bargain?, YES!)
2. Surprisingly, builders have become super active in last one year, most of new construction happening is owned by builders and being sold as floors.
3. Impact of increase in FAR area, I expected prices to shoot-up a bit if not too much but I can tell this also didn't do much and plots are still being sold in same range.
4. And off course, enhancement issue is still pending but all dealers and builders talking in same language "2nd enhancement is going to be in range 100-500 per sq yard due to some proceeding in court which is yet to be concluded". I could not find any reference or proof to back their claims. No one had any case no to share or any copy of order etc.
5. Anjuman Jama Masjid case update or expected outcome.
Please share you views/facts/proof to narrow down variance on trends.
