Yes, This may be bcoz of the town planners negligence. & May b bcoz of the village area nearby and the enhancement reasons.
What you guys are doing abt the enhancement thing ? Any update for the same, do share please.

Is this thing happened in every huda sector in gurgaon ?
I mean, what's d reason that owners need to pay such huge amounts to huda after some years every time. Is this sector disputed land or something ? For how many more years it needs to be paid ?
What about the residents who have constructed their homes & living there. For a salaried men living there, and receiving demand of such huge amt as enhancement.. .

People are getting crazy, by investing money. govt guys, town planners get their fees & dues. Without having any idea, what's going actually on the location.
Very un progressive, illogically structured sector made by huda planning team.
People not ready to come & construct their plots.. Basic things still missing somewhere.
Dear All,I was present in the P&H High Court on 2.5.2014 for the hearing of our petition. The Bench has ordered HUDA to form a committee, within one month of receipt of copy of its order. This Committee will decide in four months after hearing our grievances and arguments regarding enhancement. Unfortunately, the order was not signed by the Judges before the Court's summer holidays began in the end of May. The Court will reopen on coming Monday, when we will again monitor the order.This week I met a senior officer of Gurgaon Municipal Corporation at a Conference and asked him about development work in Sector 57. He informed that the work was awarded to L&T and now, that land cases are over, they will take about a year. Further, he informed that rate if 75000 plus/minus 5000.Sangeeta ji, your letter to HUDA is not opening. Please send it again.Sunil Goel( Delhi)

There is no costing mentioned on the letter. I have already paid the entire cost and not paid the enhancement.
